Thanks for your post.

I have reviewed your *.cfg & *.ini files from the attached *.zip file for SPI Master boot mode.

I observe, there are mismatches in your ini file from the default file which is given in the path below:

~\OMAP-L138_FlashAndBootUtils_2_36\OMAP-L138\GNU\AISUtils

OMAP-L138.ini

[PLLANDCLOCKCONFIG]
PLL0CFG0 = 0x00180001
PLL0CFG1 = 0x00000B05
PERIPHCLKCFG = 0x00010064

x1-scantest-OMAPL138.ini

[PLLANDCLOCKCONFIG]
PLL0CFG0 = 0x00130001
PLL0CFG1 = 0x00000205
; configure SPI prescaler to 11. This generates 12MHz/(0xb + 1) = 1Mhz
PERIPHCLKCFG = 0x0000000B

Also, there  are few mismatches in the *.cfg file too.

Please find the attached Sample.cfg file, so that, you can compare your *.cfg file (scan_test.cfg) and please try with the updated *cfg file

Kindly try with the above configuration and let me know your response for the same.
